For 28 days, you'll be working out at our awesome studio (We have a NEW location!). We recommend you workout at least 3 times per week.
You'll also be following a healthy delicious diet. Yes, healthy can be tasty! You can find out how much by joining this challenge.
Why a buddy challenge? Because working out with a friend is more fun and you can hold each other accountable. Now don't worry if you're doing this challenge solo, you'll get plenty of motivation from our members and other challengers.
