This challenge intends to solve all the problems mentioned above.

Our 28 Day Challenge is an all inclusive program that will help you succeed in achieving your health and fitness goals once and for all.


For 28 days, you'll be working out at our awesome studio (We have a NEW location!). We recommend you workout at least 3 times per week.

You'll also be following a healthy delicious diet. Yes, healthy can be tasty! You can find out how much by joining this challenge.

Why a buddy challenge? Because working out with a friend is more fun and you can hold each other accountable. Now don't worry if you're doing this challenge solo, you'll get plenty of motivation from our members and other challengers.


  • Our Boot Camp is not the same as a gym, it's better than a gym!

    Our trainers will guide and motivate you through each workout session, so you don’t need to worry about what exercises you need to do or how to do them properly.

  • Our studio fosters a positive and encouraging environment.

    Each session consists of small group training. You get extra motivation when you workout out alongside people just like you and with similar goals. It’s so much better than working out alone!

  • Our Boot Camp Sessions are fun, challenging and short.

    You can burn up to 1000 calories in each 30 minute session. You get a full body workout in half the time. Plus the workouts are always different, so you never get bored.

  • You get a meal plan, recipe book and grocery list.

    We also provide you with a meal plan to maximize your weight loss with easy recipes you’ll love. Your recipe book also includes a grocery list. So, grocery shopping will become a breeze when you have a convenient list of the ingredients (and quantities) you need each week.

  • Why is nutrition an important part of the challenge?

    Because exercise alone isn’t enough to produce the results you want. A healthy diet is crucial and that’s why it’s included in this 28 Day Challenge.

  • We help you track your progress and make you accountable.

    You will get a success manual and nutrition guide that explain why and how this program works. You won’t be in the dark as to what steps you need to take and you will have control over accomplishing your goals (Knowledge is power).  You’ll also get a weekly tracking sheet that will help you complete the challenge.

  • Finally, winners will receive awesome prizes!

    Now as if losing weight, toning and firming your body wasn’t enough, we want to reward you with a chance at winning 3 Months of Unlimited Boot Camp Sessions for you and your buddy.

What is the prize for winning the challenge? +

How do I win the challenge? +

The winners will be determined based on weight lost, fat % lost and points. The point system will be explained during Orientation on Saturday, February 23rd.

Can I do the challenge solo? +

Yes, you don’t need a buddy to join or win the challenge.

Do I have to workout at a certain day or time? +

No, this challenge includes unlimited boot camp sessions. You can attend any day and time we offer sessions.

Do I compete against my buddy? +

No, you and your buddy are a team. You compete against other challengers (teams).

When do my 4 weeks start? +

No, you don’t need to attend the same boot camp sessions as your buddy if you can’t coordinate your schedules.

Do I need to reserve my sessions ahead of time? +

Yes, it’s best to reserve ahead of time for two reasons. First, you’re making sure you won’t show up to a full session. Second, planning ahead makes it easier for you to fit your workout sessions in your day.

I haven't worked out in a while and/or never participated in a Boot Camp before, can I still join? +

Yes, our Boot Camp Sessions are designed for all fitness levels and you can still do them even if you haven’t worked out in a long time. Each workout within the sessions can be personalized to your fitness level.

Are there showers available? +

No, there are no showers available in our studio. We do have changing rooms and cubbyholes where you can store your items while you're in a session.

Is there childcare available? +

Unfortunately, we do not offer childcare. However, you are more than welcome to have your child wait in our lobby.

I’ve been going now for 5 weeks and let me say this is by far the best decision I’ve made. Not only do you get an awesome workout but it’s only for 30 mins!! What more can you ask for.
