What you can expect from the challenge:
- 30 min. workouts that burn up to 1000 calories per session. You're busy, so you spend less time working out and more time enjoying life.
- Unlimited boot camp sessions so that you can come in as often as you want during those 28 Days.
- Meal Plan to maximize your weight loss with easy recipes you'll love. No starvation, feeling deprived or hungry.
- Small group training conducted by professional certified coaches. You don't get hurt, stay motivated and receive personalized attention.
- Access to our private member portal. You can connect with others members and our coaches. Ask questions, receive tips and share your accomplishments.
- We have sessions MON-FRI at 5:30 am, 6:10 am and at 7:00 am; and again at 5:30 pm, 6:10 pm and at 7:00 pm. Saturdays at 8:00 am and at 8:40 am. So, there's plenty of opportunities for you to come workout.
- This program is for all fitness levels. Anybody can do it. So don't worry if you haven't worked out in a long time.
- Safe environment where you don't have to worry about how you look. You'll be working out with people just like you with similar goals.

Q.How do I win the challenge?
A.The winners will be determined based on weight lost, fat % lost and points. The point system will be explained during Orientation.
Q.Can I do the challenge solo?
A.Yes, you don’t need a buddy to join or win the challenge.
Q.Do I compete against my buddy?
A.No, you and your buddy are a team. You compete against other challengers (teams).
Q.Do I have to workout at the same time as my buddy?
A.No, you don’t need to attend the same Boot Camp Sessions as your buddy if you can’t coordinate your schedules.
Q.Do I have to workout at a certain day or time?
A.No, this challenge includes unlimited Boot Camp Sessions. You can attend any day and time we offer sessions.
Q.I haven't worked out in a while and/or never participated in a Boot Camp before, can I still join the challenge?
A.Yes, our Boot Camp Sessions are designed for all fitness levels and you can still do them even if you haven’t worked out in a long time. Each workout within the sessions can be personalized to your fitness level.
Q.What is the meal plan like?
A.The meal plan consists of 3 meals and 1 snack a day. It’s a healthy diet designed for long term results. You can even continue to follow the meal plan after the challenge ends. You won’t be hungry or feel deprived. It’s a very easy meal plan to follow.
