I recently joined CFBBC’S 28 day challenge and it’s been a fun way to get back into working out and eating better. They give you a meal plan, recipes, tips, and lots of motivation. Workouts are tough but just 30 minutes!
This boot camp is really great! I’m so glad that I decided to sign up and do this challenge. I feel so much stronger and better about my body and it’s only been TWO weeks!
Carlsbad Fit Body Bootcamp has been awesome. The trainers are very motivational and encouraging to work your hardest at a safe pace for all individuals.
I loved it! I have never liked working out before and now going to bootcamp is like an addiction! It’s such a great workout and I always leave feeling amazing. (…) I have lost about 6 pounds since I started but more importantly I just feel so much better and so much more confident!
The meal plan and recipes they provide are fun, easy, and tasty! The environment is inclusive and challenging. Joining this gym has really helped me live an active and healthy lifestyle in California! I recommend it to anyone and everyone!!
I love Boot Camp!!!! It is so nice to have someone telling you what to do to achieve your exercise goals! You don’t need to spend hours at the gym and not doing the right exercise on the machines etc…
The talented coaches and staff really care about your workouts and results and the daily food plan they provide is something that can be useful for a lifetime of good health. This place is by far the best out there! Highly Recommend!!
It’s been two weeks since I started, and the exercises and training are addicted. It’s a short class but really intense, also they offer a help with nutrition so we keep our goals.
Simplest way to have a well rounded, challenging/hard, fun workout. It’s been exciting watching everyone get stronger/enthused with the great knowledgeable trainers and effective 30 min workouts.
Great place for a KILLER workout, trainers are spot on, super nice and interactive. The owner Joel is great too.
