What is the Fitness Program?

This Fitness program consists of exercising at our studio for 2 weeks. Our specialized trainer will measure your fitness level when you start and at the end of the challenge. The goal of the 2 week program is to show you how much your health can be improved with exercise.

This fitness program includes:

  • 45 minute Functional Training Workouts 3x a week

    With just three workouts a week you stay in shape and get amazing noticeable results.

  • Small group training conducted by professional certified coaches.

    You don’t get hurt, stay motivated and receive personalized attention.

    Individual exercises are modified to fit your level. So don’t worry if you haven’t worked out in a long time. Even if you’ve had previous injuries or surgeries our Training Specialist can still work with you.

    Your posture determines your stability and balance. With proper exercise you maintain a good posture preventing falls and injuries. This test will also tell you which muscles you need to improve.
