It's a short, fun and high-intensity full body workout that can help you burn calories and reduce stress.

This workout is a non-contact cardio circuit that incorporates standard kickboxing moves.

The circuit consists of 10 three-minute stations. You'll be using different equipment like dumbbells or punching bags.


This kickboxing workout is for anyone who wants burn maximum calories with short workouts.

Whether you've done kickboxing before or you're a complete beginner, you'll:

  • Workout on your schedule

    Don’t have time to wait for sessions? Workout on your own at any time we are open. Each station lasts only 3 minutes, so jump right in whenever you want!

  • Get a full body workout

    Strengthen your muscles with exercises that target large muscle groups. Build endurance and raise your energy levels with the fast paced high intensity stations. Our workouts combine cardio and resistance training, so you get maximum results in just 30 minutes!

  • Get gloves and wraps

    You’ll need gloves in order to do the workout. So for your protection and comfort, the wraps are included with your sessions. Loaner gloves will be available for you to borrow.

  • Never get bored

    Workouts change daily, so you’ll have fun, be challenged and engaged in every session.


Do I need kickboxing experience? +

No, anyone can perform these kickboxing circuits. There is however a mandatory video orientation that will teach you the basics of kickboxing and how to wrap your hands properly.

Do I need to purchase gloves and hand wraps? +

A pair of hand wraps are included with your sessions.

We have 3 loaner gloves* available in our studio for you to borrow.

*Loaner gloves will be available as first come, first served basis. (You may also purchase gloves directly from us.)

Where and when is the mandatory orientation? +

You can do the mandatory orientation online at any time and any day. Once you sign up, you will receive a link to access it.

What are the open studio hours? +

Open studio hours are those times when you can do a kickboxing session on your own. You don't need to reserve for this type of sessions.

What are the sessions with a trainer? +

Sessions with a trainer are the times when our trainers can guide you through a session. For this type of session you are required to reserve your space.
