Here's an overview of our Boot Camp Schedule.
Each Boot Camp Session includes High-Intensity Interval Training which burns over 1000 calories and lasts only 30 minutes.
Each and every workout here at Carlsbad Fit Body Boot Camp is dynamic and no two sessions are alike. Best of all each session is designed to burn twice the amount of fat in comparison with any other fitness program out there.
All our sessions are supervised by certified personal trainers that keep you accountable, motivated, and on track for your health and fitness goals.
