ABOUT OUR WORKOUTS

At Carlsbad Boot Camp we have designed special workouts that are short, fun and challenging. They can melt away twice the calories of traditional workouts!

30 minute sessions

Step 1

Each workout session lasts only 30 minutes. You’re busy, so you spend less time working out and more time enjoying life.

Burn up to 1000 calories

Step 1

In one session, you can burn up to 1000 calories. Our workouts are a specialized form of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) designed for you to obtain the best results twice as fast.

Small Group Training

Step 2

Our sessions consist of small groups and are conducted by professional certified coaches. You don’t get hurt, stay motivated and receive personalized attention.

We have fun different workouts everyday. You’ll never get bored because every session is always a challenge.

Individual exercises may be modified to fit your level. So don’t worry if you haven’t worked out in a long time.

When do my 4 weeks start? 

Step 1

Your 4 weeks start the moment you attend your first session.

**Important: If you signed up but wish to start on different date, please send us an email with your intended start date.

Do I need to attend my Fitness Consult before my first session? 

Step 1

No, please go ahead and attend at least 2-3 sessions before attending your Fitness Consult.

Do I need to reserve my sessions ahead of time? 

Step 1

Yes, it’s best to reserve ahead of time for two reasons. First, you’re making sure you won’t show up to a full session. Second, planning ahead makes it easier for you to fit your workout sessions in your day.

I haven't worked out in a while and/or never participated in a Boot Camp before, can I still join? 

Step 4

Yes, our Boot Camp Sessions are designed for all fitness levels. You can still do them even if you haven’t worked out in a long time. Exercises in each session can be adapted to your fitness level. 

Are there showers available?

Step 5

No, there are no showers available in our studio. We do have changing rooms and cubbyholes where you can store your items while you're in a session.

Is there childcare available? 

Step 6

Unfortunately, we do not offer childcare. However, you are more than welcome to have your child wait in our lobby.
