High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Our Boot Camp and Kickboxing workouts are a specialized form of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). They last 30 minutes total and they allow your body to keep 2burning calories up to 28 hours after each and every workout. You’ll get challenging fun workouts designed to burn maximum fat and tone your body. 


Our semi-private training setting allows our personal trainers to give you tailored attention. They'll make sure you don’t get hurt and stay motivated in each boot camp session. Plus working out in a group is way more fun and motivating.
