I’ve been going now for 5 weeks and let me say this is by far the best decision I’ve made. Not only do you get an awesome workout but it’s only for 30 mins!! What more can you ask for. And I know 30 mins? How can you get results by only working out for 30 mins but let me say it’s unbelievable and it works. If you’re debating of doing it just do it I promise you’ll see results! Highly recommend this to anyone who’s a little lazy and needs a little motivation like myself!

Best workout in North County! Carlsbad Fit Body Bootcamp makes working out fun. Each day the workouts focus on a different part of your body which helps you to get in shape and tone your body fast. I love being able to reserve your spot in class via their app, it makes working out even more convenient. I completed my 10th class today and in just these 10 workouts I have improved in strength. Classes have lifted me not only physically but mentally. Sarim is encouraging and keeps you motivated. The classes are so quick you don’t even have time to be insecure and the people in the class have no judgement, the most pressure you feel is from yourself. Thanks Sarim for helping me get on track.

This is the best 30 minute workout available! You can challenge your body and improve your fitness level using a variety of equipment. The coaches are there to motivate you and to provide any modifications needed to maximize the effectiveness of the workouts. This is a workout that you will find yourself looking forward to rather than feeling like you HAVE to get in your exercise for the day. Get fit AND have fun.

Carlsbad Bootcamp has been great for my husband and I to work out together. Not only are the workouts quick, but they’re challenging and target those hard muscle groups that you hate doing at the gym. The instructor is awesome, she’s super friendly and fun while also being real and not giving you that stuffy gym instructor vibe you get from other places. Would highly recommend!

This is an amazing program to shed off fat and tone muscles for just 30 minutes a few times per week. Joel cares about your workouts and results. The daily food plan they provide is something that can be useful for a lifetime of good health. This place is by far the best out there! Highly Recommend!
