Our self guided kickboxing is a short, fun and high-intensity full body workout that can help you burn calories and reduce stress. This workout is a non-contact cardio circuit that incorporates standard kickboxing moves. The circuit consists of 10 three-minute stations. You’ll be using different equipment like dumbbells or punching bags.
Kickboxing is available during open studio hours.

When H.I.I.T training isn’t enough and you need to get your beast mode on, you will have access to our Strength & Conditioning room. Where you can burn off additional calories while getting stronger.
