What type of workouts do you offer?

Our LIVE Sessions are a specialized form of HIIT. Our workout app contains bodyweight exercises and home workouts. You can do all these workouts from home with or without any equipment.

Is this a monthly fee or a one-time fee.

This offer is a one-time fee and you have access to unlimited live workouts you can do at home, plus access to our online community, nutrition guide and workout app.

I haven't worked out in a while, can I still join?

Yes, our sessions are designed for all fitness levels. You can still do them even if you havenโ€™t worked out in a long time. Exercises in each session can be adapted to your fitness level.
